Problem

The company GBK Projektowanie i Budowa Maszyn was looking for a way to rotate an assembly table with accuracy. The component sought for should also function without problems in use with dirt and metal swarf.

Solution

The PRT-01-30-TO-AT10 has proven to be the optimum solution due to its ready-to-install delivery with the AT10 belt toothing. Precise and automatic rotation of the assembly table is made possible. Due to the plastic sliding elements made of iglidur material, no maintenance work is required after installation.

"The collaboration went very well, you can always count on advice and ideas."
Maciej Banaś, GBK Projektowanie i Budowa Maszyn
Digital flip chart with PRT slewing ring bearing
The PRT-01 with toothed outer ring made of aluminium is available in four different standard tooth profiles. Sliding elements made of iglidur materials are used in all PRTs, which is why the slewing rings are maintenance and lubrication-free.

For this reason, the PRT slewing ring bearing is ideal for use in the assembly table, as no metal swarf can adhere to the lubrication-free slewing ring bearing. PRTs are also extremely wear-resistant and therefore suitable for use under high loads.
