Whether in the cinema, at the fairground or in the cafeteria: frozen drinks are always a good idea in summer temperatures.
This application is a robolink DP articulated arm robot and a slushy machine. The robot takes the cup fully automatically and fills it with cool ice mass using the tap.

The problem

As in many other industries, finding suitable service personnel is a major challenge.
Another challenge when using robots is their integration and food suitability. 


 

The solution

The robolink DP is the perfect solution. Cost-effective, lubrication-free and flexible in use. Thanks to the easy integration, staff can be relieved and since the components are lubrication-free, FDA-compliant handling of the slushy cups could be achieved.
