Trima Triebeser Maschinenbau GmbH uses igus energy chains and e-chains® with extender crossbars for the cables and suction hoses of their machines. The reason is that what counts here is robust and at the same time flexible guidance.

 

For its grinding machines, Cabinet D'etudes Techniques Robert uses drylin T rail guides, W profile guides and iglidur G flanged mounted bearings due to their low-maintenance specifications.

Thanks to their high torsional strength, e-chains offer secure guidance in 3D movement. In addition, chainflex cables guarantee continuous operation without disruptions.

 Even when the machine is surrounded by flying swarf, no fine dust gets into the chain joints of the igus e-chains.Due to the large product range, IMA Klessmann GmbH did not need a customised product, but was able to use off-the-shelf products.

The hybrid cables in the chainflex product range have been tested by IMA Klessmann under the most adverse conditions and are used in the new flexible IMAGIC flex drilling systems.
